With years of experience exhibiting nationally and internationally, Jayne brings her passion for art to students through hands-on workshops and transformative online courses.
As a dedicated educator, Jayne empowers artists of all levels to explore their creativity, master colour, and develop their own unique artistic voice. Her teaching blends technical expertise with inspiration, making complex concepts like colour theory and composition accessible, enjoyable, and immediately applicable in your artwork.
Whether guiding students in the studio or online, Jayne’s mission is clear: to help every artist unlock their potential, build confidence, and create art that truly sings.
How it all started...
Creativity has always been a big part of me.
From a young child, I was creating, dreaming, and exploring life in every way I could. Yet life had its own rhythm, and it wasn’t until I had my boys and my family commitments settled that I truly stepped into the world I had always imagined —
painting full-time in a studio of my own.
Since then, my passion for creating has only grown, as has my joy in helping others. Teaching came naturally alongside painting — guiding students to discover their own artistic voice, master colour, and create with confidence became as rewarding as the act of painting itself.
Today, I bring that same passion to my hands-on workshops and transformative online courses, inspiring artists of all levels to unlock their creativity, explore colour, and create artwork that truly sings.
Some fun facts about me...
I love to grow my own organic vegetables and you will always find me pottering around the garden.
Being surrounded by nature is my happy place. I live on acreage amongst the bush. Waking to the sound of birds every morning is so peaceful.
I have become a yoga addict. I feel so energized and centered after a session.
I adore my family and feel so grateful to have a house full of boys!
I honestly like to live a simple, nourishing life rather than in the fast lane. Five star for me is camping around the fire under the stars with good company.
Creativity has always been part of my life. I find it relaxing and rewarding. My imagination is a place where I can create, dream and be anyone. Creating is bringing those dreams into reality.
